No, you do not have to register to place an order, however registering on our site provides several benefits, such as:
- Remembering address details for future orders
- Ability to easily cancel or view previous orders online
- Ability to save shopping cart information for several days
To register, either:
- Head to My Account, and fill in the Register fields, and click the Register button; or
- Tick the “Create an account?” box under the Checkout -> Billing Details screen.
A username and password will be automatically generated during checkout and will be e-mailed to the e-mail address entered during checkout. The password can be modified at any time after registration under My Account.
If you wish to review the status of an existing order, this can be done using the Track Order page. You will need your order ID and e-mail address used during the order process. Note that you cannot cancel an order using this method – please Contact Us to if you wish to cancel an order made when not logged in.
