If you are ordering an item for Christmas 2016 we suggest you place your order by the following dates for 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery or International Standard.

  • USA Canada order 27th November
  • European orders (including Eastern European countries) 7th December
  • UK personalised order 12th December
  • UK orders 17th December

Do I have to register to make an order? 2016-10-19T22:22:28+00:00

No, you do not have to register to place an order, however registering on our site provides several benefits, such as:

  • Remembering address details for future orders
  • Ability to easily cancel or view previous orders online
  • Ability to save shopping cart information for several days

To register, either:

  • Head to My Account, and fill in the Register fields, and click the Register button; or
  • Tick the “Create an account?” box under the Checkout -> Billing Details screen.

A username and password will be automatically generated during checkout and will be e-mailed to the e-mail address entered during checkout. The password can be modified at any time after registration under My Account.

If you wish to review the status of an existing order, this can be done using the Track Order page. You will need your order ID and e-mail address used during the order process. Note that you cannot cancel an order using this method – please Contact Us to if you wish to cancel an order made when not logged in.

Our online payments are provided by PayPal. You can use your PayPal account to pay, or simply a one-off payment via Credit/Debit/Amex card.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If an account was created during ordering, orders can be cancelled under the My Account section of the site; however these will be reviewed before any refund is issued. If an account was not created, then please Contact Us to cancel the purchase, including the name, contact details and order reference number (if possible).

Items will be sent to the name and address provided by PayPal. Please ensure these are correct before making your purchase. UK Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class. European delivery is by Royal Mail International Standard. If you wish to upgrade for a quicker or tracked delivery please select this during check out.

The items will be posted to you within 3 working days of receiving payment. Postal delays will vary depending on destination address and tracking method selected.
